We are here for you before you buy to help you calculate exactly what you will need. Please contact us in advance so that we can make sure you aren’t getting too many or too few boxes.
If we got it wrong, we will send you the correct product with no additional charge on shipping. We simply ask that you place a return label on our product and drop it off at a UPS drop site.
Still, sometimes it happens, we order is for the wrong product. You might mean to order western red, instead order eastern white.
Our return policy is straightforward: you pay the return shipping and a 20% restock fee. Please process the return within 7 days of receiving the material.
Yikes! That seems like a lot! However, once we receive your material, we have to re-box the material, inspect, place it into stock, and ensure that everything is in good order for the final buyer.
If the material gets wet or broken along the way, then unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund on the product. If you believe it was damaged during the shipping process, we will send you photos so that you can process a claim with your return vendor of choice.
If the product was damaged during shipping, we will send you a new box right away and work out the details with the shipper.
